Ace.
You really seem to be fulfilling your creative vision, it's awesome to see it developing. Anyhoo:
Graphics: The backgrounds are amazing. You've worked hard on making sure that there is a consistent (and very high) standard throughout each scene. I knock of a single mark here, because the main characters are sticks. You've done great work, don't get me wrong, but no matter how different you make them (with reference to the haircuts and hats, etc), they'll only ever be sticks. Of course, this must allow you to spend so much time perfecting your backgrounds!
Your style is flawless. You manage to manipulate light seamlessly. I can't think up any criticisms for your style, other than that this episode was significantly slower paced than the previous one - there was a lot of walking with no plot/character development, which made it somewhat dull. For the script errors, I've deducted two points here.
The voice acting is, generally, solid. However the quality of Beecher's recordings were poor and Boomer sounded a tad bored. Great use of music throughout.
Overall: As I mentioned earlier, your truly suceeding in bringing your vision to (proverbial) life. Your directing ability is very good, except for the long periods of nothing which punctuated this film. For example: why show four shots of helicopters flying when only one would suffice? You need to work on the timing.
Small problems I found, but this is still a magnificent project. Very well done and a 5/5 for you.
